Wow, I’m still in shock!  3 weeks ago I decided to play the role of a new business opportunity seeker and undertook the efforts to find a legitimate top home business.  Gee, I didn’t expect what I received.  In fact it’s a nightmare out there.

OK, I’ll be upfront, I’m a perfectionist and have an eye for detail so perhaps I’m more thorough than most, but one of my main reasons for doing the exercise was to determine what someone entering the network marketing business opportunity arena is exposed to and how they should go about deciding which top home business to pursue.  This better positions me when speaking to my prospects too.

3. Mass market, little competition – the ideal is to play in a large target market with little competition, if any.  In my opinion the network marketing business opportunities in lotions, potions and nutritional supplements are over marketed.  Be wise when choosing which “game” to play in.
4. Real passion equals real results – ask yourself this question, “Would I purchase these products or services even if I was not involved in the business opportunity?”  Your answer should guide your decision about that network marketing business opportunity.
5. Active leadership speaks volumes – do the company’s leaders participate or do they watch from their glass towers?  Be wary of this, behind every successful company is active leadership.
