TVI Express is certainly making noise in the network marketing industry. And after spending some time researching the details, it makes sense why. At the onset I will mention, that I am not involved in Travel Ventures International, thus this is an unbiased review.

The company has adopted a revolutionary compensation plan that adopts a 2 phase earning cycle. From my research it seems that there are a fair amount of people earning a very decent income.
1. Traveler Board
Everyone who joins the business opportunity is placed on the Traveler Board at level 1. This board is 4 levels deep with two legs of 7 people each. As a new distributor joins they are placed in the first available spot, pushing you up the board towards the top. At this point you cycle off the Traveler Board to join the Express Board and earn $500 ($250 cash and $250 travel voucher).
2. Express Board
Again you join the Express Board at level 1 and as more people join, you are pushed up the board to the top position. When you cycle off the Express Board you earn $15,000 ($10,000 in cash and $5,000 in travel vouchers).
You are then placed at the bottom of an Express Board again and so the cycle continues.

One weakness I identified in their business model was the fact that distributors receive a company replicated website as part of their subscription to market their business and generate home business leads. However in today’s competitive market, this approach is no longer adequate. Successful network marketing distributors differentiate themselves with self-branded MLM marketing systems. Such MLM marketing systems position you as the leader, thus attracting a better qualified home business lead and providing greater business success.
